How to pull emails from other providers

Common Mail Settings:
edeskOnline not only provides its own mail service and email account, but also gives you the flexibility of collaborating it with your existing / other email accounts.
All your mails can be stored at one place in your edesk account. Edesk will do the task of a postmaster and collect all the emails from your other accounts and deliver them straight to your edesk online mailbox.
Your other mail accounts need to have the POP3 / SMTP facility, for us to retrieve the emails. Only then will be able to synchronise all your email accounts.
To configure your mailbox, just follow the steps below and you're done.
- Sign into your edeskOnline account and wait till you reach your webtop.
- On your webtop click on Start >> Control Panel >> eMail Setup.
- Then fill in the settings for your email id as instructed below and click on save.
- Your mailbox is now active and will retrieve all emails from the accounts that you have configured.
You can refer to the common mail settings below while setting up your eMail.
