Q. I just took a new office in my name. Now i want to transfer my phone line in my firms name. What is the procedure for the same?
Ans. The documentations is as below.. 1. The registration certifcate of the Firm. If you have applied for the registration then the challan you have received at the time of application. (Original for verification and xerox for submission) 2. Pancard of the Applicant. (Original for verification and xerox for submission) 3. For the address proof you can take your sale deed or transfer deed. NOC from the society can make your aplication powerful. 4. A Demand draft of Rs. 1113/- in favor of MTNL
Steps
1. Submit the aplication at the MTNL office along with the 1,2 & 3 document. 2. Take a demand note slip from the counter at the MTNL office. 3. Make the payment at the counter.
Finally show the Receipt of the payment to the cncerned person. And within the stipulated period he transfer will be done.
FAQ's
- Q. Is the Amount of Rs. 1113/- refundable or is it an advance?.
Ans. Its an advance. As the tansferrors amount will be refunded to him. And the amount will serve as advance for the transferee.
