This article will help you in getting started to use the Spreadsheet option through eDesk Onlines eDocuments facility.

Step 1:
- Firstly login to your eDesk Online account and then wait until the webtop gets loaded.
Step 2:
- Once the Webtop is loaded you can click on eStart>> eDocuments.
- In eDocuments you can see all your previously stored documents if you have stored or uploaded any documents to your account.
- On the top you can see a link which opens a new Spreadsheet, before the Spreadsheet could open it will ask for the name in which you would like to save the Spreadsheet as then click on OK
- After which a new Spreadsheet opens up in which you can work like you work on Microsoft Excel.
Step 3:
- After you have finished your work on Spreadsheet then you can exit simply by closing the application on the Webtop.
- The document will automatically get saved in your eDocuments as an .xls file.
Step 4:
- Accessing your saved Spreadsheet is very easy, just click on Start>> eDocuments.
- Over there you will find your Spreadsheet included with all other documents that you stored previously.
- Or if you remember your Spreadsheet file name you can simply type the file name in the search box provided below and click Search, the document will open up for you.

- One of the main advantage is that you can access your document anywhere in the world at any time all you need is a internet connection.
- Since its fully online you can even share your document live as you edit or make changes to it, So the headache of sending the excel back and forth as an attachment is gone.
Tips
- To save the spreadsheet to your local desktop in MS Excel format, click on the "Download" Link next to the document name.
- To allow others to access your data follow these simple steps:
- create a separate folder and move the file there
- then click on that folder, and click on permissions on the top right hand corner
