product list: Reserved fields
- At the heart of the Inventory application will be a product list: Reserved fields:
- Product ID (Autogenerated)
- Product Name
- Product Description
- Custom Fields
While designing an Invoice, you will need to
- Associate a Sales A/c for the Invoice. This account will be used for making the accounting entry.
- Associate Customer Ledger with Address book contact.
- Define Taxes/Charges for the Invoice.
Tax/Charge Definition
- Tax/Charge can be aa percentage of a figure or a manual entry.
- Each Tax definition will need to have an identifier.
- Reserved Values GROSSAMOUNT will be available.
- Example definitions:
- VAT = 12.5/100*GROSSAMOUNT
- EDUCESS=2/100*VAT
