If i were to put these in my settings, would i additionally be able to get a domain and its independent eid ?

Your question is not very clear.....But from whatever I understand, your gmail account is independant of a domain or domain related email ids. To get a domain email id, you would need to purchase that domain and then depending on the mail server settings, you would need to implement them here.
