Browser compatibility issue with eDeskOnline

FIREFOX 3.x.x

  • Save button NOT working while NEWSLETTER editing.
  • while Designing the eDrawer:
    • Save, Cancel buttons NOT working.
    • Filed Information is not getting loaded.
  • Attachments get attached and delivered with .DAT extension.
  • Permissions not getting set to Contact Groups in eAddressBook.

Offline Entry Application

  • One C A consultancy wants an offline entry application for Income Tax.Pls do the needful.

Mobile Calender

After entering the new calender alert in the edesk its not showing updated in the Mobile.

My eDesk

  • usage section
    • The breakup needs to be more elaborate.
    • There should be an auto reminder to compress data
  • The various tabs do not display !

Address book

Minor

  • Email attachment option should give an option for attaching files from the eDocuments section of eDesk; otherwise one has to download the file and then upload it again.
  • Global search box available on the webtop, shows results in different tabs (viz. eForms, contacts, ..) The first TAB should be contacts, bcz we usually search for contacts............
  • In the field of contact nos in econtact remove Bulletin Board & put Board.
  • Addressbook opening getting too late.
  • link in Address Book for Duplicates.
  • eContact form = please add the option (email this econtact form)
  • eContact= Please add the option 'print this econtact'
  • when a save is made after editing, an contact-form is mailed to admin. This email SHOULD contain all associated REMINDERS.

Major

  • When we click on delete option of a particular econtact it is not working and in the bottom of the page it shows error on page.
  • login=hyd@sumedha address book set reminder is not working it takes me to the calendar view
  • In the admin@sumedha login,While doing search in universal search it times out. -Enable universal search on group basis.
  • While importing excel into edesk, in the mapping section if we do not match file as field the window should display the error message.

Accounts

  • In accounts section there should be an option of download as excel.

Calendar

  • I7 windows vista reminders are not working.

  • In the econtact, reminder the delete option should be there.
  • edit reminder via calendar and address book
  • calendar should be searchable in universal search.

eCabinet

  • In the ecabinet .. There shouls be an option in the first page itself saying "TO CREATE NEW CABINET CLICK HERE"

demo login

  • Please map an email id so that an alert is sent to the admin when any changes are made to the eforms.

Documents

  • whenever we upload a file in the edocuments section, the admin should receive a message saying... A document "ABC" has been uploaded in the edocuments folder "XYZ".
  • In edocuments after editing the document when we click on view as pdf only the first page is shown as pdf remaining pages are not shown.

eMail

  • While sending a mail if we enter wrong email id and click on send option it shows an error message but at the same time the text message which is entered becomes blank.

Some observations..

  • on dragging a row to another folder, the row does not actually move
  • Movement of a sub folder to the trash bin did not trigger a similar movement when i went to check it in the normal email mini screen

email reminders

  • allow editing one reminder at a time
  • mention that reminders are displayed in the order of creation on top of the page

Other email issues

  • when an email reply button is clicked then a line appears (sender.com wrote). What

has dissappeared is name of the recepient. ss

  • email / needs balloon= check mail, compose and delete.
  • compose mail;browse box for attachment should allow selection from eDocs
  • reminder setting should have an "hourly" reminder feature.

Mobile phone environment

  • flagging option required
  • view all mail option is visible, but upon clicking, the window simply refreshes.
  • on hitting reply link, the original message should be displayed in the compose window.

Medical Record module

MobiTop issues

  • Mobile icon should go to .mobi site in new window inside a mobile image.
  • Mobile icon should have auto-login.
  • No logout option is available.
  • Address book link is not available.
  • Enable mutual funds

Webtop Searchbox

  • Webtop / Search Box / enable Right-Click context Menu for paste, if they don't know Ctrl+V for pasting from clip-board.

Search to dos

  • advanced search for edocuments and ecabinet
  • abort if results are more than 300 and give alert message
  • default tab to be searched should be contacts
  • search box;inserted string ;search result page ;tab = mail ;selected mail ;set reminder ;closed the reminders page that showed up ;the search result page should show up;however , it dissappeared
  • on the search results page, i need icons to edit, view, or delete the record

When writing, use the AIDA strategy

Other General tips
