Webtop is a virtual desktop on the web, running in a web browser as software. Web desktops often are characterized by an environment similar to that of Windows, Mac, or Linux, but are now considered to have much more functionality being dependent on the internet. Typical benefits include the ability to save work and settings over the internet rather than to the local desktop. Webtop is similar to the desktop. It has several icons displayed. They take us to different sections of edesk. These sections are displayed in mini-screens.

What we can do with our Mini Screen

Clicking upon an icon, a mini-screen will open. We can do several actions on this screen as per our convenience...

• Re-size it by using the mouse.
• Move it round by clicking once on the edge and dragging the mouse
• Minimise the mini-screen
• Maximise the mini-screen

How to use the eDeskOnline webtop ?

• Go to www.edeskonline.com
• Select the link there titled Login
• Enter your login details in the page that opens for you.

Blue Screen : The Webtop

Once we log into www.edeskonline.com, we are taken to a blue screen called the web-top.
